Digital Technologies

I would like to teach in a classroom that has more digital technologies because it will allow for a wider variety of ways to teach and for students to learn. Digital technologies such as the electronic whiteboard, allow for teachers to present material that is more visual for learners. For example a whiteboard that is linked to the internet can pull up websites that are effective for a lesson. A whiteboard allows for students to quickly and effectively participate in lessons. Electronic whiteboards can save lessons or whatever was presented in class, and that particular lesson can be resumed at a different time. I believe that although each technological advance requires time to learn how the devices work, they are good for classrooms to have the option of using. As proven that each student learns differently, I believe that if a classroom has more options of digital technology that students will have a better chance of learning material that they may not comprehend through no technology or old technology.
